Action (behaviour) l Brain (process) l Psychological (outcome)?

How to maintain a balance chain of reactions? Basic foundations of our being by Helena Angelina Redondo

All of our Life Experiences makes who we are.

Life experiences are accustomed to the family which we are born into and the area that we grow up and so on. We could say that if we were born within a different family or even just a different region or country, our personality probably would be totally different. This, because we would have had different Life Experiences.

Our Life Experiences are going to pattern in our mind our perception about our selves, about others, about the world and regarding many other concepts in life.

For each and individual experience we go through, we reflect upon it, evaluate and draw an outcome attached to a feeling. This process most times is made without we being aware of it.

We are born with a clean software; our software is firstly interested in how to meet our individual basic needs. Secondly in how to meet what we want (in a good or bad way) as well as to be happy, accepted and respected within the group and environment we are in.

From all the numerous Experiences Outcomes that we collect throughout our life, our mind selects:

The good experiences outcomes which will be part of the areas in our life that we are most strong in, comfortable with and less fearless off (because in the course of our life experiences, these areas were and are nourish with good feelings).

The bad experiences outcomes will be part of the areas in our life that we are afraid off and rebel against. These dire feelings make us close doors in our lives. We all do it at some point, when we say: “No! I do not even going to go there, because I known exactly what it will happen!!

These dire feeling also distort our drives in life. When we had one or several bad experiences which we gave a vital connotation to it, we end up picking up these bad experiences and rebel against it, building them into the foundations of our personality. This process makes us compress a distort drive. In life this can be extremely dangerous, as we can dedicate our entire life to it, and in the end, it prevent us from accomplish what we truly want to do.

From this progression of good and bad experiences we develop our Motivation loop. Two different types of Drives = two different types of Motivations.

-  Motivation to go forward with a plan and general life with the focus in the Future - Drive compressed by good life experiences.

Motivation to go forward with a plan and general life to stay away from the Pass - Distort Drive compress by bad life experiences

Put together with our Motivations and Drives, we craft our Individual Beliefs Organism, our Values our Roles in Life and our Perceptions about ourselves, others and the world.

What we value and belief determines what life means to us, what actions we will take, what we will move towards and away from. BHNF is out with the believe that each one of us perceives our reality through a huge collection of perceptions, thoughts, beliefs that have a structure and organization.

Our life systems are accustomed by the dynamics of the different groups we relate to. We define our roles in each of these groups and subsequently our role with each of the group members.

E.g.: The Family group or the group responsible for our upbringing is the primarily human interaction dynamic that we have to go through and the closest to us. For the first time we define our role with each of the “family” group members and we commence to have a perception about our selves has individuals and others.

This is going to sculpture our Systems for life.

The Status we achieve in groups is very important to our Life systems. If our Status is respected over good actions, magnificent, but if it over aggressiveness, bad tempter, etc, it grounds vicious patterns of distort perception feed by the group.

So it is a smidgen like saying that the dynamics of the group we are in, give us allowances of behaviour and once we establish a status is hard to break it, because the group and the environment we in, is continuously nourishing our statuses, good or bad.

The outcome of the experiences lived within the groups, on our self-esteem in a good or bad way, terms the way we believe to be accepted by others, conveying in the roles we chose to be most comfortable in. Victim - short tempted - Oppressor - Neutral.

The way we behave and interact is a product of our mental habits.

E.g.: If there is someone playing the role of victim there is another playing the role of Oppressor? For every interaction takes two people to develop it. So if the usual Oppressor is being Nice to the usual Victim, would the victim provoke unconsciously the Oppressor?? So, he/she gets in to his/her Oppressor Role so the Victim can continue being the Victim? Because that is the role the victim is most comfortable with? And VS.

Throughout the months and years our Brain Stores everything, all the memories = experiences and files them into two separate Folders, One folder with a title (all I want to remember and deal with) = (our conscious) and one other with a title (do not remember, to be forgotten, do not want do deal with it) = (unconscious).

E.g.: If we are having a good week, we could truly believe that the two Folders are in perfect good keeping order. But if out of the sudden something less smooth happens, even sometimes something small and peculiar, the often-unconscious ways of reacting to certain situations in our life starts coming out, and often those reactions have become unproductive and make us unhappy.

Although, if we identify and become conscious of those unproductive reactions, we can choose to change them, thereby removing blocks to our progress in creating the lives we really want.

It Is a Task of Achievements to step by step Transfer to our awareness what we might not want do deal with. But once we accomplish this process, our mind will be healthier and lighter, our life systems map out and evaluated, our drives and motivations will only focussed towards goals in the future, with no fear of changing pass perceptions or statuses in groups and our self-esteem and self-knowledge extremely high.

BHNF PACK - NEW START can be used to change the way you interact with your reality, with huge implications for every area of your live. It coaches you in how to maintain a healthy mind and how to navigate your mind in awareness allowing you to 'run your own mind' with greater satisfaction, improving how you think, behave and feel. It like an 'owner’s manual' for your brain.

Our software divides the memories, experiences, motivations and drives that are required to be remembered or not to preserve our chosen life systems.

The way we behave and interact is a result of our mental habits

What we value establishes what life means to us, what actions we will take, what we will go towards and away from.

Our motivation course means moving away from pain and moving towards pleasure
